Quality Manager.

Requirements:

1. Establish, improve and maintain quality management system and quality system;

2. Formulate company quality plans and goals and supervise their implementation to ensure product quality;

3. Responsible for guiding each department to establish quality management procedures (processes, responsibilities, performance indicators, operating procedures, etc.) and supervise their implementation;

4. Responsible for the implementation of quality supervision, review, responsibility determination and quality penalties;

5. Assessment and quality management of major suppliers and handling of customer complaints;

6. Responsible for the daily management of the quality department.

Responsibilities

1. College degree or above, five years or more of same-level experience in the automotive, industrial control, and civilian PCB industries;

2. Have a high sense of responsibility and be familiar with PCB technology and manufacturing processes. Strong management capabilities, organization and coordination and good communication skills;

3. Familiar with PCB quality standards, able to skillfully use QC7 techniques, and have talent training and team leadership skills;

4. Be familiar with and apply the ISO9001/IATF16949/14001 system, have strong execution ability and dare to take responsibility.
