Quality Management System (QMS) Certification
We have been strictly implementing ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO/TS 16949 (automotive industry standards) and other certifications to meet the quality and environmental protection requirements of customers in specific industries such as the automotive industry.
Raw Material Control
The quality of raw materials (such as substrate, copper foil, soldermask, resin, peelable mask, carbon, etc.) has a direct impact on the quality of the final PCB. We selected verified suppliers to ensure that all raw materials meet industry standards, and ensure that qualified raw materials enter the production process through incoming material inspection and other means.
Production Process Control
During the production process, the factory will use advanced process control methods, including automation equipment and precision instruments to monitor parameters (such as temperature, humidity, exposure time, etc.), and set up key control points (KCP) to ensure that each production process is within the specification range. Inside. Common quality control tools include SPC (statistical process control), DOE (design of experiments), etc. to reduce deviations and defective products.
PCB Inspection and Testing
PCBs must undergo different quality inspections and tests in each production link, including AOI (automatic optical inspection), X-ray inspection, flying probe test, E-test fixturer, and appearance test instruments. Testing after each process ensures that products are free of defects, and non-conforming products are isolated and analyzed.
Reliability Test
In order to verify the long-term reliability of the PCB, the factory will conduct some environmental tests and reliability tests, such as temperature and humidity cycle tests, impedance control tests, heat resistance tests, electrical performance tests, and ion pollution levels, etc. These tests can help us identify possible failure modes in advance and reduce the risk of early failure of finished products.
Continuous Improvement
The quality system of our factory usually includes continuous improvement methods such as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and Six Sigma (6σ) to ensure continuous optimization of products and processes. At the same time, the factory will regularly organize quality review meetings to identify problems and propose improvement plans through statistical analysis of quality data.
File Management
Our factory has a complete document management system to ensure that process documents, quality records, test reports, customer feedback and other information can be completely traced. We will set up dedicated personnel to organize and archive documents to ensure the standardized operation of the quality system.
Customer Feedback and Complaint Handling
We have a dedicated customer service department responsible for collecting and handling customer feedback and complaints. Customer feedback will be analyzed to identify the root cause of the problem and take improvement measures to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
